If the white light on your Orbi Satellite is not syncing, there is a problem with the connection to your Orbi router. To solve the issue, carry out the following troubleshooting steps:
Reboot the Devices: After 30 seconds, turn on and off the Orbi router and satellite again.
Verify the satellite’s placement by making sure it is in the router’s coverage area. An inadequate signal could make synchronisation difficult.
Manual Sync: Press the router’s and the satellite’s synchronisation buttons in succession. Hold off until the gadgets connect.
Factory Reset: If the Orbi Satellite flashing white continues, reset the satellite to its factory defaults by holding the reset button for 10 seconds, then sync the satellite again.
